Sunil is a MBA in marketing and International business. With over 3 years of experience in social marketing, networking with various stakeholders and liasoning with corporate, government agencies, NGOs and various communities. Currently, he is working on social marketing of various programs areas such as Solid Waste Management, Annakshetra, SHGs and Micro enterprise Development, RTI and Urban Health.
He has done his graduation in Civil Engineering from CEPT (Center for Environmental Planning and Technology) Ahmedabad. He worked as junior Engineer in MEGHA Engineering for one year. He is working as Program Manager Urban Health at CDC. He has a keen insight for social issues and a background of research in sanitation and rural health management.

Done MBA in finance. Currently handling project on advocacy and relationship building with all stake holders, promoting organisation through media and relevant channels, event management, designing, implementation and promotion of RTI help center and finance related analysis related all our projects.

Manager-Project
Post Graduate in Social Work from Mahatma Kashi vidhyapeeth, Varanasi with specialization in Industrial Relation and Labor welfare. He has been working in CDC since last two years. He is responsible for operation and execution of Municipal solid waste projects, Supervision of field staff, Monitoring of ongoing projects, liasioning with govt. officials, organizing health camps for waste workers and formation of Self help groups.
Project In charge
He has over six years of experience in this sector and has implemented composting ` projects in Tirupathi and Chennai. As a project in-charge he is responsible for project implementation, operation and maintenance of mechanical compost plant at Mahindra World City, Chennai.
Branch Manager, Mohali
He is working with the organization from last 3 years. He is responsible for the field activities. Daily supervision of the area meet the workers share their problems. Co-ordination with RWA as well as departments (Municipal corporation/councils, Govt. /Semi Govt.). He is responsible for the records of the worker’s, supervision staff and the machinery used in the project.
Hindi Typist
Working as Hindi Typist in Centre for Development Communication and had 6 months experience in Hindi typing and coral draw designing.
Working as program coordinator in Annakshetra foundation and had 2 years experience in social sector with networking and community development. She has Worked as a “Block Supervisor” in UNICEF project at Taleda block in Bundi district. She has done B.Sc. and M.Sc in Human development. Currently pursuing PhD in Human development
Management Trainee
Working as management trainee. Has done B.Com from Mithibai College, Mumbai in 2011. Having knowledge in Internship program, assist in many seminars. Have keen Interest in public sector so assisting in RTI Project as well.

She is the Associate Member of “The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)”. She has done her graduation in commerce from Maharani College Rajasthan along with 2 years diploma in French Language from Rajasthan University and Diploma in Business Administration from ICFAI University Tripura.
She joined CDC in May 2011 and her job role includes legal compliances, administration & monitoring of Project activities and managing legal & administrative documentation.
